We advise that you obtain proof of their walking certification before hiring them and also have CPR training. As the business owner, you may need to fund this.
You also need to make sure they’re familiar with the business’s values and mission statement and have the knowledge to be able to answer any questions accurately when asked by clients. They also need to be qualified to give advice on problems related to their duties and the business as a whole.
As well as formal training, it’s important employees receive internal training about your business and how you operate.They need to understand the processes you’ve implemented into your business as well as having a clear comprehension of your expectations of them in the workplace.
