When choosing a name, it’s important that you consider your industry.

A name that works well for a clothing business start-up might not work well for a pet business. So try to think about names that communicate that you’re a pet business.

As well as the industry, your name should say something about the services you offer and how you sit within the industry – a name that might work well for a dog groomer, won’t necessarily be as effective for a dog walker or trainer.

Bonus Tip: Carefully consider the type of customer you want to bring into your business. Your name needs to resonate with your target market.
